Ian Joseph

With most of a professional career in public policy research and evaluation, focused on community and the public sector, Ian is now a senior lecturer at the Open University. His main research interests include ways for improving social outcomes and the impact of service interventions, for which he has recently completed a national study on funding and fundraisers.
